In this article from the Financial Post of 21 March 2011, ERA Canada’s President, Ross Pinkerton tells interviewer Barry Critchley why so many organizations are spending too much on indirect costs, and how they can change.

Among his comments, Ross says: “The vast majority of companies and other organizations, including not-for-profits, consistently over-spend by the equivalent of 1% to 2% of their annual revenue.”
